Your new role
Looking for 2 experienced Assistant Management Accountants to support the finance business partners by supporting monthly management accounts and transactional responsibilities.

• Reviewing Income & Expenditure accounts
• Posting journals for income, management charges, payroll adjustments, and accruals
• Reconciliations on balance sheet accounts
• Payroll reconciliations for individual contracts
• Supporting the FBPs with the budget process
• Managing the finances for small contracts
• Supporting with issuing reports to operational colleagues
• Ad-hoc tasks to support the finance team

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar finance position
• Understanding of management accounts and experience in supporting month-end, within accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Excellent analytical and numeric skills
• High attention to detail.
• Organised, self-sufficient and able to work autonomously with accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work at fast pace in a dynamic environment.
• Able to communicate across the organisation to all colleagues and external stakeholders.

Desirable:

• Experience within a charity or health care organisation
• Knowledge of NetSuite
