Your pay rate as a FLT Driver: Your pay rate as a FLT Driver will be £13.29 per hourYour role as an FLT Driver: Topping up preforms in the material hoopers Operating Materials Handling Equipment in accordance with Company MHE Standards Working as a key member of the Site Supply team, demonstrating Company Values and flexibility to support other teams/departments where required Accurately completing all monitoring systems required by the Company in accordance with Company Policies/Procedures/Standards Reporting any non-conformances to Company Policies/Procedures/Standards and supporting corrective action activities Supporting the delivery of key performance indicators for the Factory linked to Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, and Cost Standards Pro-actively identifying areas for continuous improvement within the work environment/equipment/systems Demonstrating a willingness to develop within the role to achieve Excellent Competency LevelsTypical hours as a FLT Driver: 4 on 4off shift pattern Day shift 6am until 6pm Night shift 6pm until 6amBenefits as a FLT Driver: Opportunity to work in world-class manufacturing site Skilled training opportunities depending on the role Immediate start Free car park Free coffee vending machineWhat we are looking for in a successful candidate: Warehouse experience is essentialCTRG Limited never require a fee from candidates to apply for or accept a position with our company.
