JOB DESCRIPTION | ORACLE FUSION DATA MIGRATION

Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Data Migration Lead

 Proven experience leading data migration workstreams within Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Payroll implementation

programmes.

 Demonstrable experience working directly with customer source-data teams where the customer owns legacy

extraction activities.

 Experience completing multiple migration cycles from initial mapping through mock loads, validation, reconciliation,

defect resolution, cutover and final production load.

 Track record of personally performing data preparation, file creation, load execution and troubleshooting in addition

to migration coordination.

 Experience presenting migration findings, data defects
