Office/Studio Manager - Interior Design Agency, Surrey, to £45k

Job description

We are working with a prestigious Surrey-based luxury interior design agency to recruit an experienced Office/Studio Manager to play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of their busy studio.

This is a fully office-based position, with no hybrid working, and offers an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys being at the heart of a business.

The role is broad and varied, providing day-to-day operational support across the studio. Responsibilities will include facilities and office management, boking travel, welcoming visitors, assisting with project logistics, managing office supplies and coordinating company social events.

You will also be responsible for booking and onboarding freelancers, supporting Health & Safety compliance, and liaising with the external IT support company. Ultimately, you will be the go-to person for all operational matters within the agency, ensuring everything runs efficiently and seamlessly on a daily basis.

We are looking for someone with a strong office or studio management background who is organised, proactive and highly personable. You will need to be quick to learn, enthusiastic, adaptable and confident managing multiple priorities in a busy creative environment.
