For this role you will be delivering carpets and flooring materials to residential and business areas around the South Coast About this role: 12-week temp to perm position Monday to Friday Up to 15 deliveries per shift 6:00am start time till finish Completing deliveries of carpets and other flooring materials Deliveries around the South Coast Operating electric pump truck to offload stock, as well as handballing products off the truck Training provided by the clientRequirements from Class 2 drivers for this position: Full UK Class 2 licence with valid CPC and Digi Tacho card Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply Physically fit and happy with heavy lifting due to the nature of the job Fantastic time keeping and communication skills Own transport to commute to and from work Tail lift and pump truck experience is beneficial Outstanding customer service skillsBenefits of working here with us at Driver Hire Southampton: Weekly pay Overtime rates Minimum of 8 hours paid per shift Competitive salary with bonuses in place PAYE or PAYE Advanced payment method Onsite parking A friendly team available 24/7 CPC and licence upgrading with Driver Hire Training Opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeksDriver Hire Southampton is an agency which provides staff cover to a range of companies within the Southampton and Winchester area.
