What youll do
Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans
Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
Flexibility to work at short notice, as youll be the one picking your next shift
Confidence to work in different?services, locations or teams and get on with colleagues
Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting
Experience of caring for others professionally or personally
Calm, confident decision-making even under pressure

The practical bits
You'll work Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, with no weekend or bank holiday working, subject to any cover requirements
You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
