Trainee Recruitment Consultant Location: Southwest London
Salary: £27,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Our client is a specialist recruitment consultancy based in Southwest London, focused on the German legal and technology markets . They are looking for ambitious individuals to join their team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
No previous recruitment experience is required. They're looking for people with the drive to succeed, confidence to build relationships and resilience to thrive in a competitive environment.
The Role You'll be trained across the full recruitment process, working with candidates and clients across the German legal and technology markets.
You'll be responsible for:
Sourcing and approaching candidates
Building relationships with professionals and businesses
Developing new and existing client accounts
Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
Working towards individual targets and earning uncapped commission
