The Role As an Executive Search Consultant, youll be responsible for:
Researching and mapping specialist markets
Identifying and approaching senior-level candidates
Building relationships with high-calibre professionals
Developing new and existing client relationships
Conducting detailed candidate interviews and assessments
Managing searches from initial briefing through to successful placement
Advising clients throughout the recruitment process
What Theyre Looking For You don't need previous Executive Search or IT experience full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be:
Intelligent, articulate and commercially minded
Confident speaking with senior professionals
A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
Ambitious, competitive and motivated by progression
Naturally curious with the ability to learn quickly
Resilient and comfortable working towards demanding targets
Able to demonstrate achievement outside of academics, whether through sport, leadership, travel, fundraising or other pursuits
