HGV Class 2 Driver

Job description

Workchain is currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our client's team in Lichfield on a temporary basis. As a key member of the driving industry, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering goods to various locations. While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required. Start times for this role will usually be 0700 you will usually be operating for around 10 hours on this role. Delivering to residential and also commercial clients, collection will also be required along with operating tail lift pump truck This role is operating Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday if you want it. Key Responsibilities: - Driving a HGV Class 2 vehicle to deliver goods to customers - Ensuring all deliveries are made on time and in a professional manner - Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations - Completing necessary paperwork and documentation for each delivery - Maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle Qualifications: - Valid HGV Class 2 license - 1 year experience needed - CPC qualification - Digital taco card - Previous experience as a HGV Class 2 Driver with one years worth of experience. - Good knowledge of driving laws and regulations Pay Rate: £15.00- £16.00 per hour To apply for this exciting opportunity, please visit our website at .uk and complete the online application form.
