Real Estate Lawyers – looking for something a little different?

I’m currently working on a genuinely interesting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate lawyer who enjoys developing people just as much as practising law.

This is a rare role within a highly regarded, top-tier Real Estate team in Manchester, where your focus will be less about building and managing your own caseload and more about supervising, coaching and developing junior lawyers.

You’ll play a key role in supporting lawyers across a broad range of high-quality transactional real estate work, including investment, development, landlord & tenant and portfolio transactions.

The role would particularly suit someone who:

• Has strong Real Estate experience and technical knowledge
• Enjoys mentoring and developing junior lawyers
• Likes the idea of stepping away from the pressure of managing a full personal caseload
• Has an interest in training, knowledge sharing and improving the quality and consistency of legal work
• Wants to remain close to high-quality, complex Real Estate matters while having a real impact on the development of a team

There is also scope to get involved in training, know-how, precedents, legal technology and wider knowledge and innovation projects.
