• No experience needed beginners are very welcome!
• A caring, empathetic, and enthusiastic can-do attitude
• A genuine passion for childcare and Early Years development
• Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS check (if not already held)
• Flexibility and confidence in building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
