Graduate Recruitment Consultant Executive Search - Berkhamsted
£23,500 Basic + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £35K Year 1 | £60K Year 2 | £90K£100K Year 3

Edmund & Evans is partnering with a growing Executive Search firm specialising in global technology markets , including Retail Technology, Supply Chain, Robotics, Hardware and Software.
Youll start in the Research team, the proven route into becoming a Consultant. Many of the firms Managers and senior fee earners started here themselves.

The role
Executive Search focuses on identifying and approaching highly skilled and senior professionals, including C-suite leaders, for important business-critical hires.
Youll be trained to:
Research companies and specialist technology markets
Identify and headhunt senior professionals
Work across the UK, Europe, US and APAC
Support Consultants on retained Executive Search projects
Build relationships with candidates and industry professionals
Develop towards managing your own searches as a Consultant
Because the firm works on a retained basis , the focus is on quality, research and building credibility rather than simply competing to send CVs first.

Who theyre looking for
You could be a recent graduate or someone with early experience in sales, customer service or an office environment.
Youll need to be confident, resilient, commercially minded and comfortable speaking with senior professionals .
No recruitment experience is required. What matters is your attitude, communication skills and motivation to build a successful long-term career.
