HGV 2 Driver

Job description

Accelerate Personnel are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client for a HGV 2 Driver in the Norwich area for day work.

This role involves heavy lifting and will be working as part of a 2-man crew. As part of your duties, you will assist with loading and unloading large goods, so a very good level of physical fitness is essential.

As a driver for this role, you will be expected to provide a safe, reliable and effective delivery and collection service on behalf of our client and their customers, working in a professional manner at all times.

You will also be required to ensure accurate communication with our clients transport team where required and to ensure good self-presentation whilst representing our client.

We work closely with our drivers to offer flexibility and accommodate hours and shifts to suit your needs.

Requirements:
Full UK driving licence with valid Category C licence
Valid CPC Card
Valid digital Tachograph Card

What Accelerate Personnel can offer:
8 hours minimum guaranteed pay per day
£14.50 Per Hour
20 days plus bank holiday paid
Weekly pay
Dedicated driving team available 24/7 on call
Driver referral scheme
