Role Customer Support Analyst
Location: Cambridge (fully office-based)
Offer £29,000 - £32,000

We are delighted to be working with a well-established business to recruit a Customer Support Analyst. You will provide support across phone, email and live chat, while managing a varied caseload and working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional, customer-focused support via phone, email and live chat, resolving queries efficiently.
Process system changes and arrange engineer service appointments
Ensure customer information is accurately recorded.
Provide customers withguidance and escalatemore detailed training where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must be fluent in English and French
Can speak Spanish and/or Italian
Previous experience in a customer service or support role, ideally involving phone, email and live chat.
Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner and strong customer service focus.
Logical and methodical approach to problem solving, with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable managing a high volume of cases and prioritising workload effectively.
This role would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with customers and providing a high standard of service. Previous technical support experience would be beneficial, although strong customer service and logical problem-solving skills are equally important.
