Join Our Finance Team – Where Numbers Meet Purpose!

We're looking for a Strategic Finance Partner to provide practical, decision-focused finance support to Operational and Central Directors in line with the organisation’s risk-based strategic business partnering approach.

Location: Yorkshire (hybrid working)Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekContract: Permanent

Please note:Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time positions, salary and any associated payments will be pro rata, based on contracted hours.

What Role We're Advertising

The Strategic Finance Partner provides practical, decision-focused finance support to Operational and Central Directors in line with the organisation’s risk-based strategic business partnering approach. The role focuses on targeted financial insight, challenge and assurance to support financial performance and early identification of risks and pressures, deploying finance input where strategic decisions, commissioner engagement or service sustainability concerns require it. The Strategic Finance Partner holds an allocated portfolio of Directors, providing light-touch finance engagement through periodic reviews to support early risk identification, strengthen financial confidence and maintain oversight, with escalation triggered only where required.

  • Help provide accurate reporting, analysis, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from a variety of teams and departments.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help identify opportunities for greater efficiency.

Salary Range (pro rata if part time)

CGL points 47 to 49 (£53,526.89 - £55,788.54)
