Lead Medical Director – Private UHNW Entity

Birmingham, United Kingdom | Posted on 13/08/2026

Take charge as the Lead Medical Director for an ultra-high-net-worth client. A permanent role demanding clinical excellence, autonomy, and absolute discretion.

An exclusive, high-profile entity requires an authoritative and highly discreet physician to manage all aspects of their concierge healthcare. This permanent, full-time mandate requires a practitioner capable of operating with complete clinical autonomy outside of traditional hospital infrastructures.

As the central medical figure for this UHNW clientele, you will guarantee absolute confidentiality while delivering premium medical oversight. The position involves continuous movement alongside the principals throughout the Mediterranean, with key operational bases including Monaco, Italy, the Greek Islands, the Algarve, Marbella, Ibiza, and Mallorca.

This is a rare chance for a senior clinician to practice personalized, high-stakes medicine in an environment where privacy and elite standards are paramount.
