- Mentor and coach strategists within the team, fostering their professional growth and alignment with Manifesto’s transformation pillars.
- Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership within the Strategy practice.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to upskill team members in change management and transformation methodologies.
- Represent Manifesto as a thought leader in NFP, Membership, Visitor attractions, and commercial sectors, contributing to blogs, whitepapers, and public speaking engagements.
