Berberè was founded in 2010 with the goal of serving delicious pizzas in beautiful places, made exclusively with sourdough and prepared using carefully selected, seasonal, and organic ingredients. No fuss—just great pizza in a contemporary and informal atmosphere.

Today, we manage 26 pizzerias: 21 across Rome, Milan, Turin, Bologna, Florence, Verona, Modena, and Rimini, and 5 in London, located in the vibrant neighborhoods of Clapham, Kentish Town, Tottenham Court Road, Marylebone and Westfield Stratford!

We are looking to hire a fantastic STORE MANAGER!

You will need to:

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, following the Area Manager’s guidelines
• Ensure high standards of quality (product, service, environment), hygiene, and safety
• Help coordinate service, kitchen production, reservations, and walk-ins to maximize customer flow
• Assist in building and maintaining a positive, motivated team across kitchen and front of house
• Support training and development of team members
• Ensure company procedures, reporting, and operational standards are followed
• Assist with administrative tasks and daily store operations
• Help manage routine maintenance and ensure the store is always in excellent condition

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or assistant manager role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for food, service, and team development
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
