Job description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented coordinator to support business operations across our European offices. This role focuses on coordinating operations in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, and the Czech Republic, bridging communication between our China HQ delivery team and local European teams, and helping our European entities transition from basic operations to a localized, professional, risk-controlled system.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily business operations across 7 European offices, tracking progress, staffing, delivery, and process execution.
- Travel monthly to different European offices for on-site issue resolution, handling sudden events, and process improvement.
- Build unified management mechanisms: weekly reports, SOPs, risk registers, and review processes.
- Bridge communication between the China delivery team and local European teams to reduce cross-timezone delays.
- Liaise with local employees, lawyers, accountants, and external partners to drive issues to closure.
- Monitor operational risks across markets and propose solutions to management.
Qualifications
- Strong command of English as working language (IELTS 7.5 or equivalent), able to handle formal business communication, meetings, and written documentation independently.
- Chinese as working language for seamless collaboration with China HQ.
- Willing and available for monthly business travel across Europe, with strong on-site problem-solving ability.
- Cross-cultural communication skills to coordinate between Chinese teams, local European teams, and external professional partners.
- Clear logic and strong execution, able to drive complex issues from identification to resolution.
- Experience in overseas office management, cross-border e-commerce, tax compliance, customer delivery, project management, or business services is a plus.
Why Join Us
- Regional management scope across 7 European countries — a fast-growth role far beyond single-location execution.
- Be part of the team building the management framework (SOPs, risk systems, review mechanisms) that will become the foundation of our European operations.
- Build a strong cross-border network by working directly with European lawyers, accountants, and local office teams.
- Report directly to the business lead — high visibility and close to management decisions.
