Who are they?

They've built one of the most talked-about premium-casual restaurant concepts around. Known for two things: a genuinely brilliant menu and a culture. Every site has its own identity, shaped around its neighbourhood rather than a corporate template, and the business has grown almost entirely by promoting from within. Now, they're bringing the brand to Birmingham, opening this October, and it'll be their biggest site yet. This isn't about stepping into an established site and keeping things ticking over. You'll be leading the opening itself, building a team of up to 70 from scratch.

What will you get up to?

• Own the opening from day one, from the day-to-day operation and financial performance to recruitment, training and building your management team.
• Build something special, you'll have the opportunity to shape the team, culture and guest experience from the ground up.
• Bring the energy, they need someone who knows how to build a team that genuinely loves working there.
• Lead from the front, you'll set the standard on the floor, not from behind a desk, and get the whole team bought in from day one.
