We are hiring a passionate and driven Talent Resourcer to join our Head Office & Creative team!

Role Overview

As a Resourcer at Elite Associates, you’ll support Consultants in identifying, engaging and managing high-calibre candidates across the luxury retail and hospitality sectors. You’ll play a key role throughout the recruitment process, delivering a high-quality candidate experience while representing the Elite brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, register and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews, building strong talent pipelines.
• Manage candidate relationships, providing guidance on roles, salaries, career progression and the market.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and manage the process through to offer and start date.
• Meet individual KPIs across registrations, CV submissions, interviews, leads and placements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, CVs and candidate documentation.
• Write and post engaging job adverts within agreed timescales.
• Identify leads and market insights to support Consultants and business development.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
• Represent Elite Associates professionally at client visits and industry events.

About You

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for working with people.
• Previous recruitment, retail, luxury or hospitality experience is advantageous.
• Proactive, organised and motivated by targets and performance.
• Comfortable using CRM and recruitment technology.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, resilient and open to giving and receiving feedback.

Career progression: Clear development plan and training to progress from Resourcer to Consultant.
