Our Client, a fast-growing business is seeking a commercially minded and ambitious junior real estate lawyer to join its UK legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a UK-qualified solicitor to take a central role within a collaborative in-house function, gain exposure to a broad range of real estate matters, work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key part in supporting the continued growth and development of the UK portfolio.
The role:
- Lead on a broad range of UK real estate transactions, including acquisitions of freehold, leasehold and licence interests.
- Manage key workstreams and pipelines, advising on deal structures, heads of terms, due diligence and transaction documentation.
- Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of property-related agreements and legal issues.
- Instruct and manage external counsel on complex matters, ensuring effective delivery and project management.
- Support wider business needs, including corporate acquisitions, estate management matters and property disputes.
Requirements:
- UK-qualified solicitor with c.2–3 PQE and experience in real estate transactions from a City firm, well-regarded regional practice or in-house environment.
- Strong technical skills with good drafting, communication and commercial awareness.
- Able to build strong relationships, work collaboratively and provide practical legal advice to the business.
- Must have right to work in the UK.
