Join Our Adventure in Dropship Operations
The Role: Dropship Operations & Supplier Insight Specialist
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (Scope to become Permanent)
What you'll do
- Supplier Onboarding & Platform Setup: Grant user access for suppliers on our reporting platform and guide them through system account linking.
- Vendor Training & Data Enablement: Deliver structured 1:1 and group training sessions teaching suppliers how to navigate the dashboard and leverage performance drivers, category share, basket attachment rates, online conversion metrics, and MyDyas demographic insights.
- Workflow & Process Creation: Build clear internal onboarding workflows from scratch to track vendor progression from sign-up to active tool usage, ensuring internal teams stay updated.
- Supplier Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary contact for vendor queries, assisting with dashboard navigation, data refresh schedules, and filter troubleshooting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with E-Commerce, Buying, Merchandising, and Finance teams to streamline operational handoffs and report on supplier engagement milestones.
- Operational Support: Provide wider operational support including dropship systems and courier management for stocked-in products.
