Job description
AJ Chambers is working with a Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm in Central London that is seeking a Trainee Solicitor to join its highly regarded Employment team.
The Role
You will advise employer and senior executive clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Employment advisory work, including disciplinaries, grievances, contracts, policies and discrimination.
- Employment Tribunal
- TUPE, restructures, redundancies and transactional support
About You
- NQ–4 years’ PQE in employment law
- Must currently/previously have worked at a Legal 500 Tier 1–4 firm (presumably in the relevant employment practice)
- Strong knowledge across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IStrong Microsoft Office and general IT skills
