Job description

About Naked Nutrition

Founded in 2014, Naked Nutrition is the #1 grass-fed whey protein brand in the U.S., built around transparency - minimal ingredients, no artificial additives, and nothing to hide. With over 1 million customers, 100K+ five-star reviews, and distribution across Shopify Plus, Amazon, and Walmart, we're a proven brand with significant room to grow.

The Role

Seeking an experienced Global Ecommerce Catalog Manager to manage product listings across Amazon U.S., Amazon UK and EU, Shopify, and Walmart. This is a hands-on role requiring strong Shopify and Amazon catalog expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems independently. The ideal candidate combines the precision of an auditor with a practical understanding of ecommerce, product content, SEO, and international marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the accuracy and health of product listings across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart
  • Monitor and resolve suppressed listings, policy violations, attribute conflicts, variation errors, and other catalog issues
  • Manage flat file uploads, bulk updates, new listing creation, and parent-child relationships
  • Audit titles, images, ingredients, claims, dimensions, attributes, and other product information for accuracy and consistency
  • Open, escalate, document, and follow Amazon support cases through resolution
  • Coordinate listing updates and new product launches across U.S., UK, and European marketplaces
  • Work with regulatory and internal teams on European product notifications, documentation, and marketplace requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve product discoverability through keywords, categorization, indexing, and complete product attributes
  • Maintain clear reporting on catalog health, open issues, priorities, and next steps
  • Develop processes that prevent recurring errors and improve catalog quality over time
  • Support additional ecommerce and marketplace projects as needed

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of Amazon catalog or marketplace operations experience
  • Experience managing listings across international Amazon marketplaces, including the UK or EU
  • Strong knowledge of flat files, bulk uploads, variation structures, and catalog troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated success resolving suppressed ASINs, attribute conflicts, policy issues, and incorrect detail-page information
  • Strong spreadsheet, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to investigate ambiguous problems independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and persistence in following issues through completion

Preferred Experience

  • Brand-side ecommerce experience
  • Experience in supplements, food, beauty, or another regulated category
  • Shopify or Walmart Marketplace experience
  • Familiarity with European product notifications
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, indexing, Helium 10, DataHawk, or similar tools
  • Experience with A+ Content and Amazon Brand Stores

The right candidate notices inconsistencies others miss, verifies information rather than making assumptions, and takes ownership of problems until they are fully resolved.
