The Role

The Ideal Candidate

You will have a strong background within a high-end bar, restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment, with a genuine passion for service and attention to detail.

You should be:

• Confident, polished and personable
• Experienced in a premium hospitality environment
• Passionate about cocktails, drinks and exceptional service
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Someone who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences
