The Company
OXBO are partnered with a well-established UK Renewable Energy IPP specialising in utility-scale Solar and BESS. They're looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join their London team.
As Procurement Manager, you will lead and support procurement activities across a 10GW+ pipeline, covering EPC, ICP, supply chain and construction services. You will work closely with teams across the project life-cycle.
Benefits:
- Base Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
- 15% bonus

What you will be doing:
- Lead procurement planning and contracting strategies across assigned projects.
- Manage end-to-end tender processes, from market engagement through to evaluation and negotiation.
- Develop supply chain strategies and sourcing options across key categories including modules, inverters, mounting structures, BESS, transformers and major electrical equipment.
- Monitor supplier capability, capacity, lead times, pricing, technology developments and supply chain risks.
- Build strategic relationships with contractors, suppliers and manufacturers.
- Provide procurement input into business cases, financial models and project investment decisions.
- Produce procurement reports, market updates, tender recommendations and decision papers.
- Support contract implementation and handover into project delivery.
What you will bring:
- Educated to at least a Bachelor's degree level in a related discipline (additional procurement or business qualifications are advantageous).
- 2+ years procurement, supply chain or commercial experience within the Renewable Energy industry.
- Experience procuring construction services and/or major equipment for utility-scale Solar PV, BESS and/or grid infrastructure.
- Strong experience managing competitive tenders and negotiating complex EPC, ICP, construction or equipment supply agreements.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy contracts, project delivery interfaces and commercial risk.
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple disciplines and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, organised and able to operate independently in a fast-paced project environment.
- Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland and Europe when required.
