About the Role

You will provide person-centred care and clinical support to a client with complex healthcare needs in their own home, working as part of a dedicated care team.

Essential Requirements

• PEG Feeding trained
• Tracheostomy (Trachy) trained
• Previous experience in complex care
• Confident working independently and following care plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Right to work in the UK
