£50,000 - £55,000 plus an excellent benefits package to include an annual bonus

Five days required on site in the business

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead and develop two teams across a Residential and Commercial portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused leader who thrives in a multi-site environment and is passionate about service excellence, people development and operational performance.

What you'll be responsible for

• Leading and developing teams across two locations initially
• Driving operational excellence, service standards and continuous improvement
• Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and building management teams
• Managing budgets, P&L and financial performance
• Monitoring and improving key performance indicators across financial, people and quality measures
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and succession planning
• Delivering engaging events and activations that enhance customer experience and support ESG objectives
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, security, operational and company procedures
• Identifying opportunities for innovation, technology and best-practice improvements

bout you

We're looking for someone who has the following:

• At least 2 years' experience managing Front of House operations
• A background in luxury hospitality, 5-star environments, corporate services or a similarly high-service setting
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience handling HR processes, including investigations, performance management and sensitive employee matters
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for customer service and delivering excellence
• A professional, adaptable and positive approach
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, includingg Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

The role

Five Days in the business, Monday - Friday with occasional evenings to check in with staff members

Service elevation is a requirement, so a background in implement SOP's is essential

Stakeholder management in terms of the community and residents is a requirement

High-profile, premium Front of House environments
