About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Receptionist / Corporate Front of House Coordinator to join a prestigious corporate organisation based in the heart of London.

As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and contractors, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy corporate office. This position combines traditional reception duties with a strong focus on security, administration and facilities coordination. We are looking for a confident, polished and highly organised individual who thrives in a professional environment and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close reception, ensuring all systems and processes are operational and secure
  • Welcome visitors, clients and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage visitor registration, ID verification, access passes and visitor logs.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries efficiently.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, courier deliveries and collections.
  • Support building security procedures, including access control and key management
  • Monitor and report any security or health and safety concerns
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with hospitality arrangements.
  • Liaise with building management and service providers regarding facilities and maintenance issues.
  • Arrange transport bookings and provide administrative support to the wider business
  • Assist with the organisation of internal meetings and company events

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Previous experience in a corporate reception, front-of-house or client-facing environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, polished and welcoming approach
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgement in a busy environment
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other office-based systems
  • The ability to build positive relationships with visitors, colleagues and external stakeholders
  • A proactive and flexible attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
