HGV 1 Driver -

HireGiant is currently looking for an experienced HGV 1 Driver to work with our client based in Belper, Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, full-time LGV work with the potential to become a permanent position!

The Role:
As a HGV 1 Driver you will be:

Making palletised goods deliveries to businesses
Ensuring delivery is recovered and paperwork is in order
Operating a pump truck and tail lift when required
Completing HGV vehicle checks
Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck
Working Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available)
Starting between 06:00 am - 08:00 am, completing between 50+ hours per week
Requirements:

Category C+E licence entitlement
A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
Safety boots and Hi-Vis vest
Pay Rates (PAYE):

£18.25 - £19.37 per hour (Monday to Friday)
Temp to perm opportunity with a pay rise when permanent
