Leading Media Brand

London (3 days office based)

£75,000 - £85,000 + 20% Bonus

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Acquisition Manager to join a rapidly growing international media subscription business with an ambitious growth agenda. Operating across the UK, US and Australia, our client is investing heavily in customer acquisition and subscription growth, giving you the chance to influence strategy across multiple markets.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership while bringing together marketing, product, editorial, analytics and agency partners to turn commercial ambitions into coordinated, measurable acquisition activity.

The Senior Acquisition Manager will lead strategic acquisition initiatives from planning through to delivery, connecting paid media, conversion optimisation and lifecycle marketing while using performance insight to determine where the business invests and tests next.

Please note, this is an Individual Contributor role and a future Head of Acquisition profile!

About the Role:

• Lead acquisition projects spanning the UK, US and Australia
• Build roadmaps, timelines and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate paid media, CRO and lifecycle marketing activity
• Align Product, Editorial, Brand, Analytics and agency stakeholders
• Turn campaign performance into prioritised testing opportunities

About You:

• Broad omni-channel experience across paid, onsite and lifecycle marketing
• Strong project management with confidence owning concurrent workstreams
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior influencing skills
• Commercially minded analytical skills that turn data into action
• Clear communication, presentation and external agency management experience
• Ideally come from a Consumer background - Ecom, Agency, Subscription
