Senior Design Manager | Hyperscale Data Centre | East London | Up to £150,000 Package

I'm working with a Tier One Main Contractor to recruit a Senior Design Manager for one of the UK's flagship hyperscale data centre projects.

Location: East London

Package: Up to £150,000 (c. Up to £120,000 basic + car allowance, bonus & benefits)

Project: £400m New Build Hyperscale Data Centre

This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading contractor delivering one of London's most significant data centre developments.

We're looking for someone who:

Has delivered a Hyperscale Data Centre project.
Has worked for a Tier One Main Contractor or a large specialist subcontractor.
Has extensive experience managing the design process through pre-construction and delivery.
Is confident coordinating consultants, specialist packages and client stakeholders on complex, fast-paced projects.
Understands the technical challenges associated with mission-critical environments.
