We’ve just started a confidential search for an Operations Manager for an established SME manufacturing business in South Yorkshire.

It’s an interesting opportunity.

You’ll join the Senior Leadership Team and take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a well-established site, leading a team of people and helping shape the next chapter of its success.

The business is looking for someone who can bring strong people leadership alongside the operational expertise you’d expect from an experienced manufacturing manager, driving performance, developing teams, delivering continuous improvement and maintaining high standards across health & safety and operational excellence.

But, above all, they need a leader.

Someone who can engage people, build trust, create accountability and get the best out of the team.

We’re deliberately keeping the detail light at this stage because the assignment is confidential.
