ASD Assistant - Reading

A specialist school in Reading is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic ASD Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Therapy or Teaching.

As an ASD Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with ASD.
• Support communication, social skills, emotional regulation and independence.
• Help students engage confidently with learning and school life.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with students.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to provide consistent, individualised support.
• Monitor students' progress, wellbeing and engagement.

• Pay: £93-£110 per day
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
