Job description

A growing aircraft leasing platform is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support the day-to-day management of a commercial aircraft portfolio.

The role covers lease administration, billing, compliance monitoring, lessee coordination, portfolio reporting and data management, working closely with internal finance, technical, legal and commercial teams.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a commercially minded analyst with strong attention to detail and experience in aircraft leasing, lease administration or aviation asset management.


Key responsibilities:

  • Administer aircraft leases, key obligations, notices and contractual deliverables.
  • Prepare and monitor billing, receivables, maintenance reserve claims and related reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with lessees and internal stakeholders on portfolio matters.
  • Track compliance requirements, asset data, lease records and reporting outputs.
  • Maintain accurate data in the lease management system and support process improvements.


Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in aircraft leasing, portfolio management, lease administration or aviation asset management.
  • Experience with an aircraft lease management system is required.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident working with lease documents, billing data, compliance trackers and portfolio reports.
  • Experience with Excel and reporting tools e.g. Power BI.
  • Clear communicator who can work effectively with internal teams and external counterparties.
