Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, business-critical technology projects that support large-scale digital transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to transition and closure.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and dependencies.
  • Manage project governance, reporting, change control and stakeholder communications.
  • Oversee project financials including forecasting, budget management and variance analysis.
  • Drive effective risk, issue and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate internal teams, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support business readiness, service transition, user adoption and benefits realisation.
  • Provide clear executive-level reporting and delivery assurance throughout the project lifecycle.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale IT and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong expertise in project planning, governance, budgeting and financial control.
  • Proven project risk assessment and management capabilities.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary technology and business teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Practical experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience with project delivery tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps and Jira.


Nice-to-Have:

  • PMP, MSP, PgMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Agile certifications and delivery experience.
  • Experience within energy, oil & gas, financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Supplier and third-party vendor management experience.
  • Experience working within global enterprise environments.
