URGENT | Project Manager | Confidential Transformation Programme

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract: Outside IR35

Rate: £500 per day

The Opportunity

I'm working with a leading consultancy on a confidential transformation programme within the legal sector.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join immediately, working closely with senior stakeholders to establish governance, coordinate workstreams and drive delivery across a high profile programme.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and delivery.
• Build and manage project plans, governance and reporting.
• Coordinate senior stakeholders and programme meetings.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Produce high quality programme documentation.
• Ensure delivery against challenging timelines.

Experience Required

• Proven experience delivering complex business transformation programmes.
• Previous M&A or integration programme experience would be highly beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Excellent communication, planning and governance experience.
• Previous legal or professional services experience is highly desirable.
