Job description

We are seeking an exceptional, highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide 1:1 support to the entrepreneurial CEO of a successful boutique Property Investment Group, based in the heart of London’s West End.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys being one step ahead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive 1:1 executive support to the CEO
  • Manage a busy and ever-changing diary, scheduling meetings and coordinating all related logistics
  • Arrange complex UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transport and visa requirements
  • Prepare presentations, reports, research and briefing documents to support business meetings
  • Manage and prioritise the CEO's inbox
  • Process and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Coordinate internal events and team socials
  • Assist with office management and HR administration


Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant providing support to a CEO or other senior executive within a corporate environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with excellent attention to detail
