The Role Quest Employment is recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Bicester.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and experienced drivers looking for ongoing temporary work with immediate starts available. The role involves operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently while supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving stock around the warehouse
Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
Completing stock movements accurately
Carrying out daily forklift checks and reporting any issues
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Following all health and safety procedures
Supporting general warehouse duties when required
Requirements Valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
In-house forklift licences will not be accepted
Previous Counterbalance experience within a warehouse environment
Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
