Across the UK, millions of children and young people are facing complex social and emotional challenges.AllChildworks within local communities and wider support systems toidentifyand support children and young people most at risk of poor social,emotionaland academic outcomes. Through ourtwo‑yearImpact Programme, we help build ajoined‑upnetwork of support around each child and family, working in partnership with schools, localservicesand community organisations.
