At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift driver AM to work with a leading retailer in the beauty industry in Dunstable. You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, focusing on picking and packing tasks while utilizing your reach truck skills.

Shift patterns:
* Any 5 out of 7 shifts

Pay rates:
* 14.91 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Forklift driver AM:
* 6-12 months of reach truck experience
* Loading and unloading goods
* Pallet handling and stacking
* Ability to work in busy warehouse environments
* Safe load handling and pedestrian safety
* Hazard identification
* No history of serious safety violations
* Ability to complete pre-use checks
* Ability to operate machinery for extended periods
* Manual handling capability
* Good level of English

Desirable requirements for Forklift driver AM:
* Additional forklift licenses
* Training in manual handling and working at height
* Background experience in the retail industry
* Ability to meet or exceed KPIs
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Willingness to support picking and other departments

Role for Forklift driver AM:
* Operate reach truck machinery safely
* Perform accurate picking and packing of goods
* Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace
