Revised Recruitment Group is recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a welcoming school in Cowbridge (both Primary and Secondary) for the full academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in reaching their full potential while becoming part of a dedicated and supportive school community.
The Role Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

Provide tailored support for pupils with additional learning needs (ALN) where required.

Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.

Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

We're Looking For Experience working with children or young people in a school, childcare or support setting is desirable.

A patient, caring and proactive approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or eligibility to register.
