A high-end hospitality architecture and design firm needs a Senior Architect to lead luxury hotel, resort, and restaurant projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage high-end hospitality projects, including luxury hotels, resorts, and fine-dining spaces.
• Design Excellence: Lead the design process from initial concept sketches through detailed design development.
• Client Management: Act as the main contact for upscale clients, consultants, and brand operators.
• Team Supervision: Guide and mentor junior and intermediate architects and designers.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure all drawings and construction documents meet high design standards and local building codes.
• Construction Administration: Review shop drawings, visit job sites, and solve design issues during construction.
• Coordination: Work closely with interior designers, lighting consultants, and structural engineers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensure: Licensed Architect (e.g., AIA, RIBA, or local equivalent) is preferred.
• Experience: 7 to 10+ years of architecture experience, with a strong focus on high-end hospitality or luxury residential projects.
• Software Skills: Expert knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Rendering skills (like Enscape or Lumion) are a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills to pitch ideas to luxury clients.
• Detail-Oriented: A deep understanding of custom millwork, luxury finishes, and integrated lighting.
