Job Type: Temp to Perm Shift: 06 am to 2 pm Monday to Sunday any 5 days £12.71/h
14:00-22:00 Monday to Friday £12.71/h
10pm - 6 am Sunday - Thursday £13.96/h
About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team Hungerford RG17. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to meeting daily operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
Using handheld scanners to process stock accurately
Sorting, organising, and replenishing stock
Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines
Requirements
Must have own car or reliable transport to attend night shifts
Experience using handheld scanners is preferred
Ability to meet daily targets consistently
Strong attention to detail
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Punctual , reliable, and able to work independently
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
