Candidate Interview Specialist
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)
Contract: 6 Months
We are seeking four Candidate Interview Specialists to join our Early Talent Recruitment team on a 6-month contract. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, fair and consistent assessment process for graduate, intern and apprenticeship hiring programmes across the UK, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Please note: Monday and Friday are mandatory office days, with a third office day required during peak interview periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume virtual interviews and assess candidates against the Early Talent assessment framework.
- Record interview scores and feedback accurately using the recruitment platform.
- Support in-person final-stage interviews in the London office.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the virtual interview platform, including troubleshooting issues and supporting colleagues.
- Help candidates prepare for interviews through helpdesk sessions, calls and other communication channels.
- Communicate recruitment outcomes and provide feedback to candidates where required.
- Manage candidate inboxes, responding to queries and arranging reasonable adjustments.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Progress candidates through the recruitment process in a timely manner to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
