We’re Hiring | Experienced Family Law Solicitor

Notta Taj Law is looking for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team.

We are looking for a solicitor who is confident running a busy caseload independently and who has substantial experience dealing with complex Children Act proceedings and Financial Remedy matters.

You will need to be comfortable handling cases involving:

• Complex private Children Act proceedings

• Domestic abuse and safeguarding allegations

• Fact-finding hearings and contested proceedings

• Relocation and other complex children disputes

• High-conflict cases requiring strong case management and strategy

• Financial Remedy proceedings, including matters involving businesses, property and more complex asset structures

You should be an experienced, confident solicitor with excellent drafting and client-care skills, sound judgment and the ability to take ownership of cases from instruction through to conclusion.

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with approximately 3–7+ years PQE, although the quality and depth of your family law experience is more important than PQE alone.
