Compliance Advisory Manager

Location: London

Working pattern: 4 days in office / 1 day from home

We are partnering with a leading global asset manager to hire a Compliance Manager to support its growing EMEA ETF business.

This is a high-visibility advisory role with exposure across the full ETF product lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Product, Distribution, Investments, Legal and Compliance, providing practical, commercially focused compliance advice.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Compliance Advisory partner to the EMEA ETF business.
• Review new ETF proposals and advise on compliance considerations through launch.
• Support changes to existing products, including product governance and regulatory implications.
• Review PRIIPs KIDs and other investor-facing product documentation.
• Assess ETF regulatory developments and translate them into clear business actions.
• Support regulatory-change implementation, business readiness and stakeholder training.
• Promote fair customer outcomes, sound governance and effective conflicts management.

What we’re looking for

• Compliance Advisory experience within asset management
• Experience across ETFs, UCITS or product advisory
• Strong understanding of fund structures and investment fund regulation
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice
