Are you a confident salesperson who loves cars and wants unlimited earning potential?

We’re looking for a self-employed Car Salesperson to join our growing team on a commission-only basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, driven by results and comfortable working independently. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own customer base, generate leads and earn uncapped commission based on your sales performance.

The Role

As a self-employed Car Salesperson, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and selling vehicles to customers
• Responding to customer enquiries and following up opportunities
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Conducting vehicle viewings and test drives where appropriate
• Negotiating sales and closing deals
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Keeping up to date with vehicle specifications, pricing and market trends
• Working independently while maintaining a professional approach

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Driven, motivated and target-focused
• A confident and persuasive communicator
• Passionate about cars and the automotive industry
• Comfortable working on a self-employed basis
• Able to generate and convert sales opportunities
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused
• Experienced in car sales or another sales environment (automotive experience is preferred but not essential for the right person)
