Experience: 12+ Years

Salary Range: 65 to 75k GBP / Annum

Role Purpose

Lead the definition and governance of OSS target architecture, driving OSS simplification, platform consolidation, and transformation towards Autonomous Networks. Act as the architectural authority across OSS domains, ensuring alignment between business objectives, processes, data, and technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define OSS target architecture, roadmap.
• Govern architecture decisions, design reviews, and solution compliance.
• Work on OSS simplification, application rationalization, and platform consolidation initiatives.
• Establish integration, data, API, and security architecture principles.
• Collaborate with business, operations, vendors, and delivery teams to deliver transformation outcomes.
• Support adoption of TM Forum standards, automation and Autonomous Network capabilities.

Experience

• 12+ years in Telecom OSS/BSS architecture and transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory, Assurance, Fulfilment, Service Management, Planning, GIS, and Integration domains.
• Experience with enterprise architecture governance, OSS modernization, and large-scale transformation programs
